Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains processing times, delivery windows, tracking, costs, and what to do if something goes wrong when you order from explorethese.com (“ExploreThese,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.


Order Processing

  • Standard processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Peak periods/holidays: processing may extend to 3–5 business days.
  • Partner-fulfilled items: some products ship from partner warehouses. You’ll receive dispatch details and the expected delivery window as soon as the carrier receives the parcel.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Delivery time depends on where an item ships from and your destination. The checkout page shows the best current estimate.

United States

  • Ships from U.S. warehouse: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Ships from partner international warehouse to the U.S.: 7–15 business days after dispatch.

International

  • Ships from your nearest regional warehouse: 5–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Ships from partner international warehouse: 10–28 business days after dispatch.
    Remote areas or customs inspection can add 3–10 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, carrier capacity, customs, and local holidays can extend delivery times.

Carriers & Fulfillment

We ship using common carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and regional partners). Orders with multiple items may be split and arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.

Shipping Costs

  • Calculated at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and method selected.
  • Any free-shipping offers or thresholds (if active) will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable except where we made an error (see Return & Refund Policy).

Tracking & Status Updates

  • We email tracking details when an item ships.
  • Tracking activation: some carriers—especially for partner-fulfilled international shipments—take 2–5 business days to show movement after the label is created.
  • “In transit” scans may not update daily while parcels move between logistics hubs.
  • You can check progress anytime on Track My Order or via the carrier link in your email.

Address Accuracy & Changes

  • Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout.
  • If you need a change, contact Support immediately. Addresses usually cannot be modified once an order is processing or shipped. Incorrect addresses can lead to delays or return-to-sender fees (see Section 10).

Delivery Instructions, Signature & Safe-Drop

  • Some carriers allow delivery notes or “Authority to Leave.” Use at your discretion—packages left without signature are your responsibility once scanned Delivered.
  • For high-value orders, we may add signature confirmation at our discretion.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Customs processing is outside our control and may extend delivery times.
  • Certain items may be restricted in some countries; check local import rules before ordering.

Late, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your parcel hasn’t arrived 7 days beyond the outer limit of the estimated window above, contact Support; we’ll investigate with the carrier.
  • If tracking shows Delivered but the package is missing:
    1. Check with household members, neighbors, building office, and any delivery photos.
    2. Wait 24 hours (carriers can pre-scan).
    3. Open a carrier trace/claim, then email us the claim number.
  • We’ll assist, but once a package is confirmed delivered to the address provided, risk after delivery isn’t covered by ExploreThese. Consider signature service for high-value orders.

Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments

If returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status, we can reship (additional postage applies) or refund the item price minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Some oversized or restricted items cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Hazardous/regulated goods (if any) may have destination limits.
  • We do not ship to embargoed or restricted regions.

Risk of Loss & Title

Unless prohibited by local law, title and risk of loss transfer to you when the package is handed to the carrier.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they move into processing. After that, please use the Return & Refund Policy once the order arrives.
