Return and Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for purchases made on explorethese.com (“ExploreThese,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to this Policy and to our Terms & Conditions.


Return Window & Eligibility

  • 30 days from the delivery date for most items.
  • Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with all parts, manuals, and tags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or custom reasons, the following are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective on arrival:

  • Perishables, personal care/health items, intimate apparel, customized or personalized goods, downloadable software/digital items, gift cards.
  • Any item marked Final Sale on the product page.

Condition Assessment

Returned items are inspected on receipt. We may decline a return or issue a partial refund if the item shows use, missing parts, damage, or non-retail packaging.

Start a Return (RMA)

  1. Email returns@explorethese.com with your order #, item, and reason (include photos for damaged/incorrect items).
  2. We’ll reply with an RMA and instructions.
  3. Pack securely; include the RMA inside the box; ship within 14 days of RMA issuance.
  4. Keep your tracking number.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping (or provide a prepaid label).
  • For all other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color ordered), you pay return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically 5–10 business days from receipt.
  • If a refund to the original method is not possible, store credit may be issued.
  • Bundles or BOGO deals: returning only part of a bundle may reduce the refund to reflect the kept item’s full price.

Exchanges

Where inventory allows, we can exchange the same item for a different variant. Otherwise, we’ll process a return + new purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and label. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

Order Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can be canceled or edited before fulfillment begins.
  • After an order is processing/shipped, please use the standard return process.

Undeliverable/Refused Shipments

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status may be refunded minus original shipping and any carrier return fees.

International Orders

  • Customs duties/taxes are non-refundable.
  • Transit delays caused by customs are outside our control.
  • Some items may not be eligible for international returns due to restrictions or cost; contact support first.

Third-Party Fulfillment

Some items ship directly from partner warehouses/manufacturers. Return instructions may differ; follow the RMA directions we provide.

Warranties

Manufacturer warranties (if any) are handled by the manufacturer. We’ll help with documentation where possible.

Abuse & Fraud

We reserve the right to refuse service, returns, or refunds in cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns, or misuse of the policy.
