Orders and accounts

How do I place an order?
Add items to cart, go to checkout, enter shipping and payment details, then confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Do I need an account to buy?
No. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you view order history and manage addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes if it has not entered processing. Contact Support as soon as possible. Once processing or shipped, use the return process after delivery.

What if I made a mistake in my address?
Contact Support immediately. If the order has already entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to change it. See Shipping Policy sections 6 and 10.


Shipping

How long does processing take?
Standard processing is 1 to 3 business days. During peak periods it can be 3 to 5 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Typical windows are shown at checkout. Items shipping from a U.S. warehouse arrive in about 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Items shipping from partner international warehouses arrive in about 7 to 15 business days for U.S. delivery, and 10 to 28 business days for international delivery. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes for select products and regions. Duties and taxes may apply. See the Shipping Policy.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?
Yes for some orders. Items may ship from different warehouses and arrive separately with different tracking numbers.


Tracking

Where is my tracking number?
You will receive tracking by email when an item ships. You can also check status on Track My Order.

Why is tracking not updating?
Some carriers take 2 to 5 business days to show movement after the label is created. Scans may not update daily while parcels move between hubs.

Tracking says Delivered but I do not have the package. What now?
Check with household members, neighbors, and any delivery photos. Wait 24 hours since carriers can pre scan. Then open a trace or claim with the carrier and email us the claim number.


Returns and refunds

What is your return window?
Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See the Return & Refund Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email support@explorethese.com with your order number, item, and reason. We will send an RMA and instructions.

Who pays return shipping?
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover the return. For other reasons such as change of mind, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping is not refundable unless we made an error.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after we inspect the return and process the refund.

Can I exchange an item?
If stock allows we can exchange for a different variant. Otherwise return for a refund and place a new order.


Payments and billing

What payment methods do you accept?
Major cards and PayPal plus any wallets shown at checkout. Availability can vary by country and device.

Is checkout secure?
Yes. We use SSL and PCI compliant processors. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

When am I charged?
Most orders are charged when the order is confirmed for processing. Your bank may place a temporary authorization at checkout.

My payment failed. What should I do?
Verify card details, billing address, funds, and any 3D Secure prompts. Try again or use another method.


Products and warranty

Are products authentic and as described?
We vet suppliers and review specs and photos. Minor variations in color or packaging can occur. Product pages list what is included.

Do items have a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties, if any, are handled by the manufacturer. We can help with documentation


Privacy and security

How do you use my data?
See our Privacy Policy for information on collection, use, and your rights.

Can I request deletion or export of my data?
Yes. Email support@explorethese.com from the address used on your order or account.

What if my order is late or lost?
If delivery is 7 days beyond the outer limit of the estimate shown at checkout, contact Support. We will investigate with the carrier.
